Who should update their software?
Everyone with version 9 or 10! The process is simple and fast. We will continually post updates as changes are made so you can run the Check-Up application as often as you like to keep your software up-to-date. If no new changes have been made since the last time you updated, it will let you know.
How do I apply the Incredible Tutor™ update?
If you have a dial-up internet connection, connect to the Internet first. Open the Sleek_10 (or Sleek_9 depending on the version of your software) folder on your hard drive and open the SleeksIT folder.
Double-click on CheckUpIT10 (or CheckUpIT9). CheckUpIT will download and install the updater from the Sleek Corporation Web Site.
You can run the Check-Up utility periodically and any new updates will automatically be applied.
How do I apply the Manage IT!® update?
If you have a dial-up internet connection, connect to the Internet first. Open the Sleek_10 (or Sleek_9) folder on your hard drive and open the ManageIT folder.
Double-click on CheckUpMIT. CheckUpMIT will download and install the updater from the Sleek Corporation Web Site.
